Booking Confirmation: All ride requests and custom tour packages must be officially confirmed via direct phone call or WhatsApp query.

Transparent Pricing: Your base taxi fare and applicable charges will be clearly informed and agreed upon before ride confirmation.

Additional Road Charges: Regional toll tax, parking charges, and state-border entry taxes (if applicable during outstation travel) are extra and payable as per actual receipts.

Driver Verification: Your assigned professional driver details and vehicle registration numbers will be shared before the scheduled pickup time.

Accurate Logistics: Customers must provide accurate pickup landmarks, correct drop locations, and travel date schedules during the initial inquiry.

Timing Delay Clause: Traffic congestion, severe weather conditions, or unpredictable road diversions may sometimes affect scheduled pickup and travel timings. Your patience is highly appreciated.

Passenger Belongings: ASM Taxi Service will not be responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle after the trip.

Misconduct Policy: Drivers may refuse or discontinue service in case of abusive or unsafe passenger behavior.

Safety & Seat Belts: Passengers are advised to follow basic transport safety regulations, including seat belt usage during the journey.

Cancellation Policy: Standard cancellation charges may apply depending on the total trip distance, booking timeline, and active driver allocation status at the time of cancellation.
